VN Conseil provides financial, administrative, technical and wealth assistance. Tax and social filings prepared by VN Conseil are filed under the manager's name, who retains responsibility — except where the Serenity package is subscribed, in which case a partner chartered accountant reviews the work and approves the accounts.
